Homemade cough syrup
– a glass jar
– a lemon cut into pieces
– organic honey
– ginger slices
– boiled water
Method of preparation:
Put the lemon slices, ginger and honey in the glass jar, close it with a lid and leave it in the refrigerator until it turns into a gelatin.
Take one teaspoon of this remedy 3 times a day as such, or you can add it in your tea. You can keep the mixture in the fridge no more than 3 months.
