Homemade Skin Whitening Moisturizer To Treat Those Blackened Knees And Elbows

The elbow and knee skin is thicker than it is on other parts of the body and, due to the lack of sebaceous glands in these areas, tends to dry.
It doesn’t matter the cause, what’s worrying me is that the skin in this areas is getting darker in color, looking like psoriasis, but it isn’t!


Interesting is that this natural cream I found on internet, which you can easily prepare it at home, bleaches the skin on your elbows and knees.
This natural cream is an effective treatment for skin bleaching. It’s a product made from milk and vitamin E, two moisturizing ingredients with skin care benefits known all over the world.


Ingredients:
– 1 teaspoon of glycerin
– 5 tablespoons of powdered milk
– the juice of half a lemon
– 3 capsules of vitamin E

Instructions:
Put in a bowl the powdered milk and glycerin, mix well with a wooden spoon, and then add the lemon juice.
Add the vitamin E oil in the boil while stirring continuosly.
Once you get a fine and thick paste, you can apply it to the affected area.

How to use?
First of all, you should keep in mind that this moisturizer should be applied only in the evening due to the lemon content.
To begin with, clean the skin well, removing the accumulated dirt on the elbows and knees.
Take a little cream and apply it on the affected area, massaging with delicate motions until it’s completely covered.
Apply the remedy on your elbows and knees and let it work for 20-30 minutes.
After the time passed, massage again the dried moisturizer, and remove the excess with warm water.
Wipe well with a soft towel, and then apply a moisturizing lotion with coconut or olive oil.
Repeat the process at least three times a week until you get the expected results.
