An inconvenient and very unpleasant problem, but fortunately it passes quite easily and quickly – when it comes to acute and not chronic diarrhea.
Diarrhea is the most unpleasant thing that can happen to you, and most of the time it appears in inappropriate moments – not that there’s an appropriate moment for diarrhea, but if it’s even more unpleasant when you are on a meeting, date, and so on.
Because you have too many stools, your body loses liquids and electrolytes, so you need to rehydrate yourself. When you have diarrhea it’s advisable to drink plenty of fluids – no sugar. The best is mint tea, because it’s a natural antidiarrheal treatment. Drink it without sugar and avoid sugar for a few days, until you recover.
Starch helps when you have diarrhea and is found in potatoes. However, you need to eat it and not fry if you want to alleviate the symptoms and treat yourself. In addition, try as much as possible not to eat boiled potatoes with salt, because salt aggravates the problem, like sugar.
When you have diarrhea, you can treat yourself with coffee beans. Chew a teaspoon of coffee beans (grains or ground) after each stool to get rid of this problem.
Kefir is rich in probiotics, which helps to restore the natural flora of the intestines. This is especially good when diarrhea is caused by an excessive increase of bad bacteria or antibiotics.
It’s not a good food because it has no taste, but boiled rice can simply help you get rid of diarrhea. You can also add some carrots when you boil the rice for taste and nutrients.
