Face mask with avocado and olive oil
If you have dehydrated and extremely dry skin, then you need a mask of avocado and olive oil.
- half an avocado
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of aloe vera
You can pass the aloe vera with a fork, but I always use the blender, because it’s easier, and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix them well to form a paste, and apply it on your face. Wait for 15 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.
Face mask with yoghurt and honey
An extremely useful natural remedy for hydrating the skin is the yoghurt mask. Mix a tablespoon of organic yogurt with 1 tablespoon of warm honey. Add 15 drops of lemon juice, and apply the obtained mask on your face. Wait for a few minutes, and then rinse thoroughly.
