Joint pain can be the result of lesions, strain and certain chronic diseases. These limit the patient’s ability to move, causing disabilities and altering the quality of life.
To control joint pain, physicians usually prescribe analgesics and physical therapy. However, besides these conventional treatments, there are various natural remedies whose properties can reduce inflammation and alleviate the joint pain symptoms experienced by the patient.
But one particular remedy, based on gelatin, will help you a lot in relieving the joint pain due to its high nutritional value.
Gelatin milk is an ideal choice for breakfast. This remedy restores the energy body supplies, and those 18 amino acids and high levels of collagen in its composition will strengthen the bones and joints.
– 2 tablespoons (20 g) of gelatin
– ¾ cups (150 ml) of cold milk
Mix gelatin with cold milk in a cup, and leave it to stand for at least 1 hour.
Then heat the mixture to bain-marie and take it off the fire before it start to boil.
If you want, you can sweeten the remedy with some honey.
Leave the gelatin milk to cool for 10-15 minutes, and then you can consume it.
To relieve joint pain, it’s advisable to consume this remedy for three consecutive weeks.
