First of all, it’s important to understand why we sweat: sweating has the role of fixing body temperature. When the skin is warmer than usual, the body begins to sweat to cool it.
For this reason, the face, armpits, palms and soles are the regions where we tend to sweat most. An important factor of sweating is the removal of blood impurities (alcohol, oils, and tobacco residues).
If you are facing with excessive sweat and you are tired in trying all sorts of deodorants, then you should try the next remedy because it’s worth it, and you will get rid of the problem!
– 2 tablespoons of walnut leaves
– ½ l of water
Walnut leaves have antiseptic and astringent properties that can naturally fix sweating. Boil the walnut leaves in water for 5 minutes, then take the mixture off fire and let it infuse until it cools down. Strain the infusion obtained, soak a cotton pad in it and apply it to the armpits or other areas that tends to sweat excessively.
Repeat this remedy twice a day, in the morning and evening for a week.
