Homemade Anti-Inflammatory To Get Rid Of Muscle Twitching

Muscle twitching, that interrupt our daily routine, have as a main cause constant strain and physical stress. Anyhow, it doesn’t matter the reason of their appearance, because they cause pain and discomfort. As a solution, I truly recommend the following remedy to get rid of muscle spasms.

Clay and rosemary treatment

The combination of clay and rosemary is an anti-inflammatory treatment that combats muscle spasms.

Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon of rosemary (10 g)
– 1 glass of water (250 ml)
– 3 tablespoons of green clay (30 g)
– 1 teaspoon of hot ointment (you choice)

Method of preparation:
Boil the water, add a spoonful of rosemary and let the mixture to boil for 10 minutes.
Mix the infusion with green clay to form a creamy paste.
Apply the remedy to affected areas and let it act for 20 minutes.
Finally, rinse it with warm water and massage the area with hot ointment until it gets into the skin.
Apply the treatment once a day.
