Don’t Get Stuck With Diarrhea – Use Natural Ingredients To Get Rid Of It

Diarrhea is definitely a serious health problem to have and experience. Being stuck in the toilet is really not a lot of fun. The worst part though is when you have nausea with your diarrhea. All because you ate something expired or really bad tasting. No matter the cause, the issue is devastating. Thus, it needs to be dealt with quickly and efficiently so we can move on with our lives. I know there are a lot of solutions from the medicine part but I promise you, the natural way is better. Why would you want to get rid of diarrhea with more chemicals? Check out natural ingredients and watch the problem disintegrate, literally and figurately.

1. Organic apple cider vinegar

This is always my first choice to treat diarrhea quickly without any adverse effects. It will give you some much-needed relief instantly! Due to its bacterial, viral, parasitic and microbial properties, apple cider vinegar is your best option. It will replenish the supply of good bacteria in the digestive tract and will decrease any nausea, stomach ache and stomach cramps.

Thus, mix 1-2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in 6-8 oz of warm, filtered water and drink down on an empty stomach. Repeat this process every three hours during waking hours for 24 hours.

2. Iodine

It is my second go-to remedy but actually, it works the same as the apple cider vinegar. Iodine is one extremely powerful alkalizing solution. So, if your diarrhea is due to something you ate or a stomach bug, this remedy will act fast on it. Moreover, iodine will recharge and rehydrate your body at the cellular level. Thus, it makes for an excellent treatment for those who are dehydrated and sapped of energy. You also don’t need to worry about the taste because it doesn’t have any when it is mixed with water. Try it out!

3. Turmeric

Another natural ingredient that will definitely help is turmeric. It is cheap and it acts quickly; not to mention you already have some turmeric stored in your pantry. Thus, you can get started with this treatment right away. Just mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm, filtered water and throw straight down the hatch. However, for a much nicer taste, you can mix a teaspoon of turmeric with a tablespoon of honey or yogurt.

4. Cinnamon and ginger for the win

You can either mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger powder in with a tablespoon of honey or yogurt or make up a cinnamon and ginger tea. To do this you simply combine 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and ½ a teaspoon of ground or freshly grated ginger in a cup of boiling water. Mix well then leave to steep for 30 minutes before slowly drinking. You can also sprinkle some cinnamon on a couple of pieces of toast and eat for even more benefit.
