The tissue from the oral cavity can easily be inflamed, inflammations known as ulcers or canker sores. There are serious mouth problems, but they affect the quality of life, especially because they are very painful.
Here are the causes of mouth ulcers:

Among natural remedies for canker sores is coconut oil. This natural product is an excellent antiseptic but also moisturizing and nourishing, so it will form a barrier against bacteria. Spray coconut oil after each meal on the affected area then spit it in the sink. Another great remedy is the consumption of coconut milk, three or four times a day.
Coriander can be a good substitute for mouth water. Add a little coriander in 1-2 glasses with water and put it to boil in a pot for 20 minutes. Strain the infusion and let it cool. Put the solution in small jars and keep them in the refrigerator. Rinse several times a day.
Hot or cold water
This is a very simple procedure. All you have to do is make a gargle with a glass of cold water, then with a glass of water at room temperature. For optimal results, you need to repeat the procedure several times a day.
Rinse with fenugreek tea
Put to boil 2 cups of water and a generous amount of fenugreek. Boil for 15 minutes then strain and store in a glass in the refrigerator.
