Heal Those Painful Canker Sores With Natural Ingredients

The canker sores are those swellings that are painful and give a burning sensation to the gums, tongue, and cheeks faced by many people at some point in their lives. The canker sores are those blisters that are different from the rest of the skin and are sensitive to the touch. Why do canker sores appear?

Natural Treatment For Canker Sores

Natural treatments can be done at home, such as:

Chamomile, sage or marigold.

Take an infusion of a spoonful of dried chamomile or marigolds flowers to a cup of water, cover the mug for 10 minutes, squeeze the tea and rinse your mouth with it.

It should be used at least 3 times a day until the canker sores disappear.

Aloe vera.

This plant is known to heal wounds, burns and generally injuries to the skin. From the green aloe plant, you will have to take the aloe vera gel which will drip into your mouth and massage the area for a few minutes.

Gargara with salt water. Add a teaspoon of salt to a cup of water, but after it has been boiled and cooled and after reaching a normal temperature, a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate and gargle with this solution several times a day.
