The canker sores are those swellings that are painful and give a burning sensation to the gums, tongue, and cheeks faced by many people at some point in their lives. The canker sores are those blisters that are different from the rest of the skin and are sensitive to the touch. Canker sores can not be passed on from one person to another, but they should not be left uncared-for but resolved as quickly as possible.
Why do canker sores appear?
It is wrong to think that the canker sores appear due to poor hygiene. They appear for countless reasons. Unfortunately, there are certain foods that favor the appearance of canker sores, including nuts, salted peanuts, pineapple, tomatoes, spices, alcohol.
Very damaging in this sense are salty seeds, especially if eaten a lot.
Hurting the oral cavity. If a food is too salty or too rough to be consumed by your oral cavity, such as a loaf of bread, it will cause the appearance of mouth ulcers.
Hard tooth brushing. If the teeth are brushed vigorously, it can cause teeth lesions in the mouth area of the teeth, which will lead to canker sores.
Involuntary biting of the tongue, lips or cheeks from the inside can cause wounds in the skin or on the oral cavity mucous which will stimulate the production of these teeth.
Lack of vitamins. The appearance of the canker sores can also be caused by the lack of certain vitamins and minerals, such as lack of iron in the body or vitamins in complex B.
It is recommended to perform some analyses for a correct diagnosis.
And if you are stressed, irritated, tired, the canker sores may appear on the nervous background, for which relaxation is recommended and detached from those problems that involve the nervousness, stress.
