How to take care of hands and feet with baking soda

Baking soda can be used for exfoliation, with the ability to remove dead cells without affecting your skin, making it clean and bright.

Mix three tablespoons of baking soda with one tablespoon of water until they form a paste. Apply it on the skin and gently rub the mixture using circular motions. Apply a mild moisturizer and rub very gently.

Hands can get a smooth appearance if the same mixture is used with a baby liquid soap (it’s more delicate and sensitive for skin).

According to experts, baking soda can successfully replace hair conditioner, leaving the hair easy to untangle and easily arranged. Thus, it’s advisable to sprinkle baking soda in small quantities in shampoo. Wash your hair with this mixture like you normally do.

To eliminate unpleasant odors, both for hands and feet, prepare a baking soda solution. Put 4 parts baking soda and one part water, apply this concoction on your hands, then rinse. If necessary, repeat the operation until you eliminate odors.

For your legs, the process is the same, the difference being the baking soda concentration. In this case the solution is prepared in a 5/1 ratio. The result is the odor elimination and the relaxation feeling.
